Thoroughly clean the skin before application. The skin must be dry and free of oil. 2. Carefully remove the protective film. 3. Place the tattoo design-side down on the desired area of skin. 4. Completely moisten the back of the tattoo with a damp cloth. 5. Wait approximately 1030 seconds, then carefully remove the backing paper. 6. Dab the tattoo with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue and press the tattoo down further. Warnings: Do not use near the eyes, on irritated or injured skin, on sensitive skin, or if you have known adhesive allergies. If a skin reaction occurs, remove the tattoo immediately and thoroughly clean the skin. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
