ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES: Appearance: Homogeneous when sliced, with fine slices and fat infiltrated into the muscle tissue. Characteristic marbling. Color: Pink to purplish-red for the meat and yellowish-white for the fat. Texture: Firm and homogeneous, not very fibrous, and not pasty. Delicate flavor, not excessively salty, with a pleasant and natural aroma. INGREDIENTS: Iberian pork ham, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E 331iii), preservatives (E 252, E 250), antioxidant (E 301).
