WAWAKI kinesiology tape is available in 12 colors. The high-quality tape can be used without restricting movement and is suitable for physical therapy, sports medicine, naturopathy and athletes. It is tear-resistant, durable, waterproof, breathable, skin-friendly and free from harmful substances. The elastic tape is made of natural cotton and elastane with a wave-pattern acrylic adhesive coating. Freshly produced tape can be stored for at least 1 year. The tape may initially feel uncomfortable, but this sensation subsides a few minutes after application. Apply it at least 30 minutes before training to clean, dry skin free of oil, sweat and lotion. Stretch the middle section rather than the ends, and round the edges to prevent them from catching on clothing. Trim both ends into a semicircular shape to help prevent lifting. The tape should remain applied for approximately 7 days, with the main effect expected during the first 35 days. To remove it after approximately 1 week, soften the tape with water and soap before carefully peeling it off.
