Clean the skin thoroughly before application. The skin must be dry and free of oil. 2. Carefully remove the protective film. 3. Place the tattoo design-side down on the desired area of skin. 4. Completely moisten the back of the tattoo with a damp cloth. 5. Wait approximately 1030 seconds, then carefully remove the backing paper. 6. Dab the tattoo with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue and press the tattoo down further. Warnings Do not use near the eyes, on irritated or injured skin, on sensitive skin, or if you have known adhesive allergies. If a skin reaction occurs, remove the tattoo immediately and clean the skin thoroughly. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
