Place the design side against the skin. 4. Press a wet cloth or sponge onto the tattoo for 30 seconds. 5. Remove the backing paper. 6. The tattoo is nearly colorless when first applied. 7. The color develops after 24 hours; avoid heavy rubbing before the color forms. 8. The color appears fully after 48 hours and resembles a realistic tattoo. Removal: The tattoo fades over time until it disappears completely, depending on water exposure, tattoo location, and skin type. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Do not use on sensitive skin.
