32 m magnalium powder, MgAl, 50/50, 450 mesh, extremely fine metal alloy powder (100 g). Magnalium is not, as is often incorrectly assumed, a mixture of the two elements aluminum and magnesium, but a special alloy of both. Combining the two components produces specific properties that would not be possible in their pure forms. This powder has an exceptionally small particle size; appropriate care must therefore always be taken when handling it. Nominal particle size: 32 m. Formula: MgAl. Chemical and physical specifications: Fe < 0.066%, Si 0.008%, Mn 0.05%, Ca 0.04%, Zn 0.021%. Particle shape: brittle, irregular. Bulk density: 0.77 g/cm. Signal word: DANGER!
