Instructions: There are 3 ways to cool the coolant inside. When the interior temperature of the bottle is 217C, cooling is complete. When cooling or recharging in a freezer or refrigerator, leave the bottle open and place the thermometer inside. Freezer: Leave the bottle open in the freezer for 68 hours to ensure complete cooling. Once fully cooled, you can use it or place it in the refrigerator. If it becomes too cold (<2C), fill the bottle with room-temperature water, usually 20C. After 510 minutes, when the interior temperature reaches 2C or higher, empty the water and dry the bottle. If the temperature is still below 2C, repeat these steps until it reaches 2C or higher. Refrigerator: Leave the cooler open in the refrigerator continuously until it is ready for use. Full cooling takes 2432 hours, depending on the cooling temperature. It is recommended to set the control to a higher number, 4 or 5, so that the refrigerator temperature is 2C. Cold water: When traveling, fill the cooler twice with cold water, approximately 4C, leaving it filled for 30 minutes each time. The interior temperature of the cooler can then be maintained at 18C for 24 hours. Package contents: 1 36-hour reefer cooling cup.
