3-piece set consisting of an 8-chamber pad measuring 80 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 1,200 g, a 3-chamber pad measuring 36 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 700 g, and a small pad measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 200 g. Available in your choice of color and pattern. Use is intended to support self-care and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Oven heating: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper and position it on the middle rack. Heat for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the pad and carefully check its temperature with your hands before use. Microwave heating: Remove the pad from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the microwave size, the pad may need to be folded in half. Always place a cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad due to the risk of burns. Do not leave it unattended while heating. Allow the pad to cool completely between uses and store it in a dry place when not in use. Wheat-filled heat pads may be washed at 30C, but they must be dried for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Do not continue using the pad if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Safety information: Never heat the pad unattended. Overheating may cause fire or burns. Follow the specified heating times and temperatures. Always check the temperature before use, especially for children and older people. Do not use for children under 3 years of age. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the filling. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of suffocation and overheating. Check regularly for damage and discontinue use if a seam is leaking or there is a smell of burning.
