4-chamber grape seed pillow, approx. 20 x 60 cm, with an approx. 1,100 g grape seed filling and 100% organic cotton fabric. Suitable for many uses around the home, such as a stomach, neck, or back pillow, or for warming the feet. The four equally sized chambers ensure even distribution of the heat and filling when warmed, allowing the pillow to be positioned on different areas of the body, such as wrapped around the feet, around the neck, as a bed warmer, or across the stomach. Use as a heat pack in the microwave: At approx. 600 watts (medium setting), heat for approx. 1.5 minutes. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Use as a heat pack in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and ensure the pillow lies freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approx. 911 minutes. Use on a radiator: For lower heat requirements, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. Use as a cold pack: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other available fillings include spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from hard cherry pits to very fine St. Johns wort seeds. The recommendation provided is the rapeseed filling. This wellness heat and cold pack is intended for relaxation and personal use at home. Also follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances do not permit heating heat packs. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
