4-chamber spelt grain pillow. Size: approximately 40 x 40 cm. Filling: spelt grains, approximately 1,2001,300 g. Cover: 100% cotton. Easy to use: For heating in the microwave, heat at approximately 600 watts (medium setting) for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For heating in the oven, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, and ensure the pillow is placed freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The pillow can also be warmed on a radiator when less heat is needed. For use as a cold pillow, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other filling options may be available, including spelt grains, cherry pits, flax seeds, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat. This wellness heating and cooling pillow is intended for relaxation and home use. Read the instructions and safety information before use, and retain them for future reference. Also follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
