The 14-day ACUVUE OASYS for ASTIGMATISM lens combines the comfort of silicone hydrogel material and HYDRACLEAR PLUS technology with an integrated wetting agent for clear, stable vision for people with astigmatism. Class 1 UV protection is integrated. Replacing the lenses twice a month means less buildup, improved hygiene, and greater wearing comfort. The lens has an ultra-smooth surface and greater flexibility than most silicone hydrogel contact lenses, providing comfortable wear and a fresh, unrestricted feeling. HYDRACLEAR PLUS technology creates a highly wettable, ultra-smooth contact lens surface for comfortable wear throughout the day, including during extended wear, screen work, and use in heated or air-conditioned rooms with low humidity. Excellent oxygen permeability allows 98% of the available oxygen to reach the center of the cornea and supports eye health. The ASD stabilization design with 4 stabilization zones quickly and correctly aligns the lens within a few blinks, providing an optimal fit in everyday situations, including rapid head and eye movements. Class 1 UV protection provides the highest UV protection among replacement lenses, absorbing at least 96% of UVA and 99% of UVB radiation and helping protect the cornea, retina, and lens from UV damage. The handling tint makes the lenses easier to handle. Extended wear may be possible for up to 6 days and 7 nights; consult your contact lens specialist. Material: silicone hydrogel. Water content: 38%. Oxygen flow: 98%. Dk/t: 129 10^-9. The lenses are supplied in buffered saline solution with methyl ether cellulose. UV-absorbing contact lenses are not a substitute for UV-absorbing sunglasses because they do not completely cover the eye and surrounding area. Use them together with UV-absorbing eyewear as recommended by your contact lens specialist.
