ACUVUE OASYS for ASTIGMATISM 2-week contact lenses combine wearing comfort from silicone hydrogel material and HYDRACLEAR PLUS technology with an integrated wetting agent for clear, stable vision for people with astigmatism. They include Class 1 UV protection. Replacing the lenses twice a month provides a fresh lens with less deposit buildup, as well as improved hygiene and wearing comfort. The lenses feature an ultra-smooth surface and greater flexibility than most silicone hydrogel contact lenses, providing comfortable wear and a fresh, unrestricted feel. HYDRACLEAR PLUS technology creates a highly wettable, ultra-smooth lens surface for comfortable wear throughout the day, including during extended wear, screen work, or use in heated or air-conditioned rooms with low humidity. Excellent oxygen transmissibility allows 98% of the available oxygen to reach the center of the cornea and supports eye health. The ASD stabilization system with 4 stabilization zones quickly and correctly aligns the lens within a few blinks, helping provide a stable fit in different situations, including rapid head and eye movements. Class 1 UV protection provides the highest UV protection among replacement lenses, absorbing at least 96% of UVA radiation and 99% of UVB radiation. UV protection helps protect the eyes from UV-related damage to the cornea, retina, and lens. The lenses are easy to handle due to a handling tint. Extended wear may be possible for up to 6 days and 7 nights; consult your eye care professional before doing so. Material: silicone hydrogel. Water content: 38%. Oxygen flow: 98%. Dk/t: 129 10. Ingredients: contact lenses in buffered saline solution with methyl ether cellulose. All ACUVUE contact lenses provide UV protection that helps protect the cornea and interior of the eye from harmful UV radiation. UV-absorbing contact lenses are not a substitute for protective UV-absorbing sunglasses because they do not fully cover the eye and surrounding area. Always wear UV-absorbing contact lenses together with UV-absorbing eyewear as recommended by your eye care professional. Class 1 UV protection must absorb at least 90% of UVA and 99% of UVB radiation. UV absorption is based on a -1.00 diopter lens. Oxygen transmissibility comparison: 98% versus 100% of the available oxygen without a contact lens, with the eye open. Dk/t value is boundary- and edge-corrected, based on a 3.00 diopter contact lens and determined by the polarographic Fatt method at 35C.
