Ways to wear: 1) Wear your bra first, then the bust support. The auxiliary bra gathers the bust and covers areas around the armpits that the bra cannot cover. 2) Wear the bust support first, then the bra. This increases bust gathering and concentration for a fuller appearance and visible cleavage; this method is recommended. 3) During sleep, wear only the bust support without a bra to help prevent the bust from spreading and sagging. The U-shaped design gives the bust a more attractive and confident appearance. Package includes 1 bra posture-corrector vest. Wearing precautions: The bust support may be worn outside the bra or inside the clasp area. Adjust the tightness according to personal preference; tighter is not necessarily better. Adjust the shoulder straps so that one finger can pass underneath comfortably. After putting it on, use your hands to guide the bust and underarm and back tissue toward the center of the chest as much as possible. Hand wash recommended; do not dry clean. If you do not prefer a close fit, choosing one size up is recommended.
