The cotton bag fits over the tub, and the AFH sensory glass beans are placed in the tub either warm or chilled. The beans can be placed in the refrigerator inside the cotton bag. To warm them, place them in a suitable container in the microwave or in an oven at 50C (at your own risk). Training with chilled or warmed AFH sensory glass beans may promote circulation in the fingers and hands. After training, the beans can be disinfected and conveniently stored in the cotton bag in a cabinet. Minor deviations may occur due to manual measurement and different measurement methods and tools.
