This 3-piece set includes an 8-chamber heat pack measuring 80 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 900 g, a 3-chamber heat pack measuring 36 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 500 g, and a small heat pack measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. Choose your preferred color. Shipping is by DHL parcel with tracking number. General information: The product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for heating in the oven: Remove the heat pack from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the heat pack on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf of the oven and heat the heat pack for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Instructions for heating in the microwave: Remove the heat pack from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so that the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the heat pack in the middle once. Always place a cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the heat packrisk of burns. Do not leave it unattended while heating. The product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Do not use it again if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Care instructions: Allow the heat pack to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat packs with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning instructions: Do not heat the product unattended. Overheating can cause a fire or burns; never heat the heat pack in a microwave or oven without supervision. Do not overheat; follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Always check the temperature before use, for example by touching the heat pack with your hand. A heat pack that is too hot can cause skin burns, especially in children and older adults. Do not use for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. If washed at 30C, allow the heat pack to dry thoroughly afterward, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
