The preparation is also suitable for refining Asian dishes or as an alternative to jam with a particularly fruity note. Preparation: For 100 ml, dissolve 12 tablespoons in hot or cold water, or enjoy as a spread. Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate and consume within a few weeks. Vegan and gluten-free. Ingredients: Yuzu 50%, sugar, fructose, water, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); stabilizer: carrageenan (E407).
