Processing: Our almond flour is made from partially defatted almonds. As a result, it contains significantly less fat than whole almonds. It is very suitable as an addition to baking, as it gives dough improved swelling capacity. Preparation: For baking, cooking, and muesli. Contains: tree nuts, almonds. May contain: hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, sesame. Does not contain (not tested): gluten-containing cereals, wheat, Khorasan wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, lactose, celery, mustard, sulfites, lupin, mollusks.
