It can be worn all day without contraindications. How to use the magnetic shoulder brace correctly: To wear our magnetic shoulder brace, simply pull it over the shoulder requiring relief and adjust it as needed for optimal support. Thin and discreet, it can be worn under or over clothing as desired, allowing you to carry out your daily activities at home and at work. Women's sizing (shoulder width): Below 38 = size M 39 = size L 40 = size XL 41 = size XXL Men's sizing (shoulder width): Below 45 = size M 4653 = size L 5457 = size XL 58 and above = size XXL To measure your shoulder width, hold your arms straight at your sides and, ideally with someone's help, measure the distance between the two shoulders (bone to bone), following the curve of the back at the neck. Please note that the shoulder brace fits small around the arm (biceps). If you have a larger arm, choose the next size up for greater comfort.
