Description
- Our scrambled egg seasoning salt combines 49.4% fleur de sel with tomato, paprika, onion, chives, oregano, parsley, black pepper, and lovage leaves for an intense aroma and mildly spicy flavor.
- Versatile use: Ideal for seasoning scrambled eggs, omelets, and frittatas. Enhances the flavor of egg sandwiches and quiches and can be used to season fried vegetables and potatoes.
- Authentic flavor: Made with gently dried herbs and spices to preserve their natural flavor and aroma. Naturally vegan and free from additives, preservatives, and flavorings.
- Organic origin: From organic farming and compliant with EU organic standards for quality and purity. Certified by Nutramed (control body: BG-BIO-22; control number: BG-BIO-22.100-0001488.2026.001).
- Storage and dosage: Store airtight, in a dark and dry place to preserve the blend's aroma. As a guideline, use 12 tsp per 500 g of meat, fish, or vegetables. For a marinade, mix with oil and a splash of lemon juice to form a paste and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
