Storage and use instructions: Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Our sushi rice has a round, particularly starchy grain to achieve optimal stickiness. Its flavor is slightly sweet, making it ideal for all sushi dishes. Preparation for 2 people: Rinse 250 g of sushi rice thoroughly with clear water. Bring to a boil in 400 ml of lightly salted water and simmer over medium heat for approximately 1214 minutes. Tip: To give the rice the perfect sushi flavor, mix 23 tbsp of sushi vinegar with 1 tbsp of salt and combine thoroughly with the rice. Certifications: German State Organic Seal; EU Organic Seal.
