Antersdorfer Organic Wheat Grits, 0.75 kg, 6-Pack Antersdorfer wheat grits are traditionally coarsely milled from the whole wheat kernel, including the germ, making them especially suitable for whole-wheat bread and whole-grain rolls. Suggested use: Black bread recipe. Mix 500 g wheat grits and 500 g rye grits with 1 liter of buttermilk and leave to soak overnight in a cool place. Knead together with 500 g wheat flour, Type 1050, 200 g beet syrup, 2 packets of yeast, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt. Place in two loaf pans and bake at 150C for 2 1/2 hours.
