Choose your preferred color. The pattern may vary slightly depending on how the fabric is cut. General information: This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for use Heating in the oven: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat the pad for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Heating in the microwave: Remove the pad from its packaging. Place the grain-filled pad in a clean microwave. Position it so that the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pad once in the middle. Attention: Always place a cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat the pad at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad. Risk of burns. Do not leave the pad unattended while heating. This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Do not use it again if the cover is damaged, discolored or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Allow the pad to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heating pads with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning information for grain-filled pads: 1. Do not heat unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns. The pad must never be heated unsupervised in a microwave or oven. 2. Do not overheat. Follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Overheating may damage the pad or cause a fire. 3. Check the temperature before use. Always check the temperature after heating, for example by touching the pad with your hand. A pad that is too hot may cause skin burns, especially to children or older people. 4. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. There is a risk of suffocation and burns due to improper use. 5. Use only under adult supervision. 6. Not suitable for consumption. The filling, such as cherry pits, spelt or rapeseed, must not be opened or eaten. 7. Washing grain-filled pads: Grain-filled and heating pads may be washed at 30C, but must then be dried for a long time, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. 8. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. 9. Do not use while sleeping. There is a risk of suffocation and overheating. 10. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
