Description

• Three sizes for individual needs: 6, 9, and 11 in (15.2, 22.8, and 28 cm) for children, teenagers, adults, and seniors.
• Leakproof design with a wide opening for easy filling with ice or hot water; use water no hotter than 50C (122F).
• Soft, elastic textile material that feels comfortable on the skin and helps retain the temperature longer.
• Dual hot and cold therapy for muscle pain, swelling, sprains, toothache, headaches, abdominal pain, back pain, and joint pain.
• Lightweight, foldable, and waterproof for use at home, in the office, or on the go.

For cold therapy, fill the ice bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes. For heat therapy, fill it with hot water no hotter than 50C (122F). The soft outer material is elastic and conforms to the body. The bag is suitable for hot and cold temperatures and is described as lasting longer than gel ice packs. It is leakproof and designed not to sweat or require immersion. To use, turn the cap counterclockwise to loosen and remove it. Fill the bag, then turn the cap clockwise until it is secure. Turn the bag upside down and press firmly on the bottom to check for leaks before applying it to the desired area. Condensation may form on the outside; wrap the bag in a soft towel to protect the skin and help prevent condensation. Apply the ice bag for up to 2030 minutes at a time and wait one hour between applications. Experts recommend leaving a gel pack on the skin for only 20 minutes. Stop using it if the product causes discomfort.
