Product description Our Royal Oscietra Caviar is obtained from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii). This caviar is known for its exceptionally high egg quality. It has a nutty aroma paired with a delicately smooth finish that unfolds on the palate. The roe ranges in color from dark olive green nuances to shimmering golden brown. Our Royal Oscietra Caviar and Royal Siberian Caviar are classified as malossol, which literally means lightly salted. The salt content is below 4%. Caviar should be stored at a temperature of -2C to +2C. The lower section of your refrigerator is suitable for this purpose. When you are ready to enjoy it, let the tin stand at room temperature for 5 minutes, then open it and enjoy! The product may contain more than 0.3% borax (E285), but contains less than 0.4% borax (E285).
