This pasta delights with a unique taste and brings originality to the table. Recipe idea: Pipe Rigate with prosciutto, spinach, and Parmesan For 2 people: 250 g Pipe Rigate, 100 g prosciutto, 125 g fresh spinach, 50 g Parmesan, 68 cocktail tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tbsp olive oil. Preparation: Cook the pasta al dente. Chop the onion and garlic and saut them in the oil. Wash and chop the spinach, add it, and cook for 3 minutes. Quarter the tomatoes, add them to the spinach, cook for another minute, and season. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the coarsely grated Parmesan. Cut the prosciutto into strips, fry in a pan without oil for 45 minutes until crispy, and add to the spinach. Mix with the pasta, garnish with Parmesan, and serve.
