For a one-time refill, we offer the compostable 580 g bag, which helps save packaging and resources. We recommend one serving per day: 60 g for children and 80100 g for adults without exceptional physical exertion, such as through sports. Mix the muesli with sufficient liquid, allowing it to swell for a few minutes before consumption if desired, such as milk, yogurt, quark, or other liquids such as oat or almond milk, and consume. This muesli can support a balanced diet and an alkaline lifestyle when your diet plan is supplemented accordingly.
