Bee pollen, also known as pollen or beekeeper's pollen, is regarded as a multivitamin and multimineral source. Flower pollen contains many nutrients, including antioxidants against free radicals; vitamins C, E, D, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12; biotin; folic acid; polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids; amino acids such as arginine, L-glutamine, histidine, and lysine; minerals and trace elements including calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, silicon, manganese, sulfur, and selenium; enzymes; fiber; free-radical scavengers; and dietary fiber. Only pure bee pollen is used, with no additives, fillers, or chemically concentrated extracts. The contents are 100% pure natural bee pollen, not tablets or compressed products. The pollen is cold-ground and made and filled in Germany. Because flower pollen has an intense flavor that can take some getting used to, many people prefer flavor-neutral capsules for daily intake. The capsules are made from bovine gelatin rather than plant-based cellulose. Ingredients: 100% bee pollen (cold-ground flower pollen). Directions: Take 6 capsules per day, such as 3 servings of 2 capsules, throughout the day before a meal with plenty of liquid, such as one glass of water.
