They can be used in homes, apartments, nursing homes, and hospitals. After securing the knee straps, fasten the belt at the crotch for optimal force distribution. Position the knee straps 12 cm below the kneecap so that the knee movement component is vertical to the floor. For best results, wear thin pants, as thick clothing may reduce effectiveness, particularly during indoor winter training. Adjust the intensity by turning the dial clockwise: 1 for the first level, 2 for the second level, and 3 for the third level. The aid can be put on within seconds and is intended to make movement easier and safer.
