Carma's various toppings are ready-to-use dessert sauces that are ideal for ice cream specialties, desserts, creams, milkshakes, yogurt, and as a sauce mirror for desserts. They can be served cold or warm. Simply warm in a water bath or microwave. Carma Topping is available in the following flavors: caramel, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, and mango. Ingredients: Blueberry sauce for decorating desserts. 32% blueberries, glucose syrup, sugar, water, humectant: sorbitol syrup, dextrose, acidifying agent: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulators: diphosphates and sodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate. Preparation: Cold: Pour over a dessert at +5C to +18C. Warm: Heat the opened bottle to a maximum of +40C in a water bath or microwave. Use upside down. Refrigerate after opening. Made in Switzerland.
