Description

  • STORY: Bodegas Salentein was founded in 1995 by Dutchman Meindert Pon. Located in the Uco Valley, about 100 km south of Mendoza, it is considered a pioneer in winemaking in this region.
  • AGING: After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently processed and fermented at a controlled temperature in small wooden barrels. The wine then matures for 16 months in French barriques.
