Fazenda Sao Silvestre do Brasil is a premium highland coffee from the mountains of Minas Gerais, in the heart of the Cerrado Plateau in southern inland Brazil. On the small Fazenda Sao Silvestre, this mild, balanced gourmet coffee made from 100% Arabica beans grows at an elevation of 1,300 m in fertile volcanic soil and regularly receives top scores at international tastings. The approximately 250-hectare coffee plantation is managed by the Andrade family, who produce this excellent estate coffee with a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility. The farm is a member of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA), which focuses on quality and fair wages. Various projects are also supported, including the construction of a hospital in Santa Casa. In terms of flavor, this Brazilian gourmet coffee is characterized by a mild, harmonious aroma, a caramel-chocolate note, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
