Bresc Thai Red Curry is a medium-hot, vegan Thai curry herb and spice blend for adding flavor to dishes. This red curry is intended for those who prefer a slightly hotter taste and is particularly suitable for people who often enjoy spicy food. Bresc also offers a milder yellow curry. The red curry gives dishes an appealing reddish color. It is made without animal products and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Its flavor combines two types of red chili peppers, garlic, lemongrass, and fried onions, along with other familiar curry aromas. The blend can be used to prepare curry dishes with tofu, vegetables, meat, fish, or shellfish. It is also suitable for meal preparation and can be used as a seasoning for rice, meat, and fish dishes. Ingredients of the herb and spice blend: garlic (33.5%) (partially dried), red chili (23.1%), lemongrass (11%), water, shallot (8%), salt (5%), Thai ginger (3%), paprika powder (3%), lime leaf (1%), coriander (1%), cumin, cardamom, citrus fiber, acidity regulator (lactic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
