BURG Organic Espresso Gatto Nero, 1,000 g, Whole Bean

Description

• Organic espresso blend with Arabica beans from Ethiopia and Brazil combined with Indian Robusta

Even espresso lovers appreciate organic coffee. The BURG coffee roastery felt it was time for a BURG organic espresso. Our roast master took classic Italian roasts as inspiration and created this fine blend. "Gatto Nero" means "the black cat." This espresso is equally elegant and dark. Organic coffees from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, Brazil, the world's most important growing region, and India, where we found an excellent Robusta, are used in this blend. The blend ratio of 80% Arabica and 29% Robusta beans provides the typical espresso flavor and a wonderful crema. The caffeine content and mild acidity make for a pleasant coffee experience. The coffee is guaranteed and certified to be grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This makes not only the taste experience sustainable. Flavor profile: A typical Italian espresso with a spicy flavor and very little acidity.
