The FLY COVER PRO fly mask combines a close-fitting design with protection for the eyes, ears, and nostrils in a lightweight, durable construction. The close-mesh eye protection provides room for the eyelashes, while the head and cheek areas are made from lightweight yet durable 3D mesh material. Suitable for paddock and pasture situations where combined eye, ear, and nostril protection is needed, and for horses requiring fixed nostril protection. Material and function: Eye protection: close-mesh fabric. Head protection: 3D mesh material. Ear protection: soft, elastic polyester/polyurethane material. Cheek area: 3D mesh material. Edges: soft fleece. Instructions: Pull the fly mask over the horse's head, insert the ears, and close the hook-and-loop fastener under the chin. Warnings: For your horse's welfare, a fly mask must fit properly to be effective. Otherwise, it may cause injury. The fit must suit the horse's or pony's head. Any adjustment options on the product can be used for final fitting. Even with a properly adjusted fly mask, the fit must be checked regularly, carefully, and by a knowledgeable person, and corrected if necessary. If the fly mask shifts, vision may be restricted or completely blocked. In horses, which are flight animals, this may cause panic and accidents. The ideal fit may be compromised, for example, by rubbing in the head area or by other horses in group housing. In such individual cases, using a fly mask is not recommended. Regularly check the coat and skin for chafing. Even properly fitting fly masks can cause chafing if foreign materials, such as small stones or insects, become trapped between the mask and the horse. The risk of skin irritation increases with sweat. Clean the mask regularly.
