Ingredients: Each effervescent tablet contains 2,500 mg of calcium carbonate, equivalent to 1,000 mg of calcium, and 22 g of colecalciferol, equivalent to 880 IU of vitamin D3. Other ingredients: all-rac-alpha-tocopherol, hydrogenated soybean oil, gelatin, sucrose, corn starch, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, lactose monohydrate, povidone K25, sodium saccharin, sodium cyclamate, macrogol, dimethicone, methylcellulose, and orange juice flavor. Directions: Take 1 effervescent tablet once daily, equivalent to 1,000 mg of calcium and 880 IU of vitamin D3. Warnings: Contains soy, sucrose, lactose, and sodium compounds.
