To apply, file your natural nails, remove dead skin, rinse and dry them thoroughly, then select the correct nail sizes and use the adhesive stickers. To remove them, soak your hands in warm water for about 2 minutes, gently lift the adhesive at the sides with a wooden stick, and carefully pull off the nails.
