Our 7 mm Power Sleeves were designed to provide maximum performance, compression, and support. The high-strength neoprene offers a secure fit and excellent compression. The sleeve's straight cut naturally helps force your leg straight as it returns to its original shape. Combined with our high-strength neoprene, this creates a strong rebound effect. A thickness of 7 mm is currently the maximum permitted by most powerlifting federations. We made our POWER Sleeves 30 cm longthe maximum permitted lengthto provide the best coverage for your knees, quads, and thighs. Support from our sleeves limits patellar movement and may increase proprioception, the ability to sense a joint's position in space as detected by the central nervous system. This provides increased joint stability and improved muscle coordination. Compressing the knee promotes circulation through the knee's blood vessels and may result in less pain and swelling during and after performance. PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT: Due to the elastic nature of our new, high-strength 7 mm neoprene and the straight-cut design of our POWER Sleeves, kinetic energy can be stored and then released during knee extension to provide additional strength and performance during squats, cleans and jerks, and movements in which you extend your knee. WARMTH AND COMFORT: Neoprene sleeves help your joints warm up faster and maintain their temperature during training. They are also comfortable enough to wear throughout your workout. To determine your size, measure the center of your knee while it is straight. For maximum compression, choose the size corresponding to your actual measurement (Competition Fit), but note that this is a very tight fit.
