This 2-piece set includes one 3-compartment pillow measuring 36 18 cm and weighing approximately 500 g, plus one small pillow measuring 17 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. Select your preferred color. Depending on how the fabric is cut, the pattern may vary slightly. Shipping is by DHL parcel with tracking. The product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for heating in the oven: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120 C using top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf of the oven and heat the pillow for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the pillow from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Instructions for heating in the microwave: Remove the pillow from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so that the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pillow once in the middle. Always place a cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat the pillow at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillow; this may cause burns. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating. Do not continue using the pillow if it is damaged, discolored, or the cover has burn marks. Keep these instructions for use. Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses and store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pillows with natural fillings can be washed at 30 C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety warnings: Never heat the pillow unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns. Never heat it without supervision in a microwave or oven. Do not exceed the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Always check the temperature before use by touching the pillow with your hand. A pillow that is too hot can cause skin burns, especially for children or older people. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of suffocation and burns from incorrect use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt, rapeseed, or other fillings. If washed at 30 C, allow the pillow to dry thoroughly afterward, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of suffocation and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Stop using the product if a seam is leaking or there is a smell of burning.
