Product descriptions Yellow tea is traditionally only semi- or partially fermented, comparable to oolong teas. During production, the tea master must proceed with great sensitivity to stop the oxidation process at the right moment. Because of its invigorating effect and many beneficial properties, it remained a privilege of Buddhist monks for a long time. Our Kekecha has an open, multicolored leaf with bronze, golden-brown, and green nuances, similar to Pai Mu Tan. The liquor offers a unique apricot color effect. The flavor is mild, with a hint of papaya and an underlying spiciness.
