- STORY: The Salette family winery is located in Civrac and covers 18.5 hectares of vineyards. The vines are 30 years old on average and grow on chalky and calcareous soils.
- AGING: The grapes for this Mdoc Cru Bourgeois are fermented in batches, followed by malolactic fermentation to harmonize acidity and structure. The wine typically ages for 1218 months in French barriques, some of which are new, adding depth and complexity. After blending, it rests further in the bottle before release.
