Description

Instructions: Add 6 fl oz (180 ml) of warm water at 104113F, 4 g of yeast, and 296 g of pancake mix to a bowl. Knead for 5 minutes. Rub cooking oil on your hands and divide the dough into 8 balls. Flatten each ball and place 1 spoonful of filling (14.2 g) in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. Lightly oil a pan and preheat it over low heat. Place the sealed side down and cook until lightly browned. Turn the dough over and flatten it with a spatula. Cook for 12 minutes, then turn it again. Cook the other side for 12 minutes. Enjoy.
