Gino Gelati ice cream powder is suitable for soft-serve machines, ice cream machines, and home ice cream makers. Add three times the amount of water, milk, or water mixed with cream to the base mix. Let the mixture swell for approximately 10 minutes, then place it in the ice cream machine. For example, dissolve 1 kg of ice cream powder in 3 liters of water, milk, or water mixed with cream to make approximately 4 liters of ice cream mix for commercial machines. Alternatively, dissolve 100 g of powder in 300 ml of water, milk, or water mixed with cream to make approximately 400 ml of mix for home ice cream machines. Fill the ice cream container to no more than 40%, as the ice cream expands considerably during production. Only water needs to be added to all our ice cream varieties, although adding milk, cream, or yogurt produces creamier results. For vegan ice cream, you can also use soy, rice, spelt, almond, oat, hemp, hazelnut, or coconut milk, or combinations of these. To make lactose-free, non-vegan ice cream, you can use lactose-free milk or cream of animal origin. Sugar-free milk ice cream can be made by adding 3.5% cow's milk. If you do not have an ice cream machine, you can also use this powder: whip the ice cream mixture until creamy and place it in the refrigerator. Stir the mixture occasionally while it freezes for an improved result.
