Warming comfort for the neck. The center chamber covers the entire cervical spine, measuring approx. 17 cm wide and more than 20 cm high, and extends a further 10 cm directly into the upper back area. The two outer chambers provide support around the neck so the pillow stays comfortably in place while sitting or walking. The 5-chamber neck pillow measures 50 20 cm and has an attached back section measuring 17 10 cm. It has a natural filling of 100% flaxseed and a 100% cotton fabric cover. The pillow is intended as a warming and cooling wellness pillow for relaxation and home use. Read the instructions and safety information before use, and retain them for future reference. To heat in a turntable microwave, use 600 watts on the medium setting for approx. 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the neck pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. Do not heat unattended and follow the microwave manufacturer's instructions. To heat in the oven, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, and switch off the grill function. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approx. 911 minutes; alternatively, the product information states approx. 1015 minutes. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the filling from drying out. For lower heat requirements, warm the pillow on a radiator. To use as a cooling pillow, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it. Caution: risk of burns and fire. Check the temperature before use or before giving the pillow to another person. Ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Excessively long heating, excessive power, or an activated grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Some appliances prohibit heating warming pillows. This product is not a toy.
