It gets this character from the perfect combination of red wine vinegar and white wine vinegar with concentrated grape must. Its mild acidity makes it versatile for enjoyable cooking. Like all Byodo vinegars, Byodo Condimento Rosso is produced through natural vinegar fermentation. Naturally made from 100% organic ingredients for fine, natural vinegar enjoyment.
