Gino Gelati ice cream powder with cream peach flavor. Suitable for soft-serve machines, ice cream machines, and home ice cream makers. Mix one part powder with three parts water, milk, or a mixture with cream, let the mixture stand for approximately 10 minutes, and then place it in the ice cream machine. For example, dissolve 1 kg of powder in 3 liters of water, milk, or a mixture with cream to produce approximately 4 liters of ice cream mix for commercial machines. Alternatively, dissolve 100 g of powder in 300 ml of water, milk, or a mixture with cream to produce approximately 400 ml of mix for home machines. Fill the ice cream container to a maximum of 40%, as the ice expands considerably during production. Water is sufficient for all flavors, while adding milk, cream, or yogurt produces a creamier result. For vegan ice cream, soy, rice, spelt, almond, oat, hemp, hazelnut, or coconut milk, or blends of these, may be used. To make lactose-free but non-vegan ice cream, lactose-free milk or cream of animal origin may be used. Sugar-free milk ice cream can be made by adding 3.5% cow's milk. The powder can also be used without an ice cream machine: whip the ice cream mixture until creamy and place it in the refrigerator. Stir the mixture occasionally while it freezes for a better result.
