Its soft hold does not create a cast around the hair and keeps it soft throughout the drying process. The main difference between the Balm, Souffl, and Fixer is their texture and hold level: the Balm is a cream with a soft hold, the Souffl is a gel with a medium hold, and the Fixer is a gel with a strong hold. PERFECT FOR: All hair types and genders. HOW TO USE: Apply to wet hair or after priming with Reactivator. Use approximately a 10p-sized amount of product per hair section. Rake through all hair lengths, then smooth and scrunch using the Prayer Hands method. Wrap individual curls around your finger to reshape them. Air-dry or diffuse as usual.
