The SONATE blend is one of our premium coffees. It is produced gently using the elaborate Traditional Roasting process and impresses with full aroma and balanced acidity. The ideal all-purpose coffee for the whole day. This item consists of 100 bags of 60 g each, pre-portioned for one pot. Simply open a bag and place the coffee in an available paper filter (e.g., a cake filter), and it is ready to brew. Dosing errors are eliminated, and the coffee always tastes 100% perfect! It all began in 1866, when the young businessman Johann Joachim Darboven was the first to package already roasted coffee in bags and ship it to many households. In 1915, the Idee trademark was created, under which a coffee distinguished by its flavor was first launched in 1927. This was largely thanks to Prof. Karl Lendrich, who developed a new process on behalf of Arthur Darbovena process that is still protected by patents today.
