Bulgur has a long tradition and is made from durum wheat that is precooked, dried, and then crushed. Spielberger Mhle gently processes high-quality wheat. The bulgur is made from whole durum wheat grown by an Italian Demeter farmer who has worked with Spielberger Mhle for several decades. It is suitable as a side dish with vegetable dishes, in salads and casseroles, or as a filling for vegetables. Basic preparation: cook the bulgur in twice the amount of water or broth.
