Ingredients: 100% golden organic flaxseeds, finely cracked. Stir 12 tablespoons into water, muesli, or other foods. Also suitable for preparing a mucilage mixture. The gently cracked husks help make the nutrients more available. Do not use in cases of impending or existing intestinal obstruction (ileus), narrowing of the esophagus, stomach, or intestines, or acute inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract or esophagus. After opening, reseal and store in a dark, dry place. Packaged under a protective atmosphere. Best before: see the date stamp on the bottom of the package.
