- HANDMADE & NON-ALKALIZED: Made in a traditional artisan facility in the Spreewald. No industrial cocoa mass or alkalization for an original, unadulterated flavor.
- ORGANIC & FAIRTRADE: Cocoa beans from certified organic farming, fairly traded directly from the farmer. Edelmond processes the product exclusively in its own facility.
- CADMIUM TESTED: Each batch is laboratory-certified below the EU limit and tested for heavy metals such as cadmium. Levels are at least 50% below the permitted EU value. Tested according to ISO/IEC 17025 by IfP Private Institute for Product Quality, Berlin.
